Design and Fashion, blended with a great passion for Italian Cuisine - Cordon Bleu diploma in 1991 - are past professional experiences of Rita Bressani Doldi.

Her attention to details and her innate eye for elegance and refinement bring inside together to Intermezzo Catering&Events her personal vision of food in high ends settings .

Intermezzo Catering&Events is a company that is based on the constant pursuit of excellent products of our Italian territory. 

 Our kitchen team is composed by an Executive Chef, from second generation of Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi Haute Cuisine legacy,  two Chefs for savory preparations, two pastry Chefs, two cake designers and a Maitre Chocolatier. 

All our menus meet seasonal deadlines of ingredients, and respect the not freeze of any ingredient not even in semi-finished products. 

We realize bespoke refined and aesthetic catering services for lunch and dinner haute cuisine placee with styling table setting projects , gourmet buffet , cocktails , press presentations , fashion shows for staff and celebrities , 7/7 canteen service for headquarters , and we take care of the production of the events.

Since 2013 we are in the Guide Gambero Rosso of Milan as one of the best catering company in the city. 
In 2017 we have been awarded as best Food Design catering company of Milan.

After years operating in Milano-Italy during fashion weeks and with luxury brands events our team is ready to cross the ocean and sparkle to Miami-SoFlo and its high lifestyle.
